Shock absorbers shorter than the length OE have a reduced stroke, this may affect the ride quality and maneuverability of the motorcycle.
Lowering the motorcycle will reduce the height from the ground and when cornering.
Before purchasing or attempting to install shock absorbers of different length than the original one, check that the wheel stroke can be changed without causing space problems such as contact between swingarm/axle and exhaust, as well as chain/belt protection or contact between tires.
The OE upper shock absorber mounting covers do not fit these shock absorbers.
Not for use with rear lowering kits.
May require custom mounting on models with staggered mount shock absorbers in OEM style.
