1) Orders from Italy

We deliver by express courier directly to your home. Shipments to PO boxes and /or mail stops are not possible. The customer is required to check in addition to the state of the packaging at the time of receipt, also the goods contained as well as the operation of the same. As a rule, orders arriving with material ready for delivery are processed and shipped within 1/7 working days. Our shipping partner delivers the ordered goods on national territory within 48 hours. Waiting times are extended by 1 or 2 days se delivery takes place in distant areas or on an island.

Orders are processed at 10.00 AM so all orders placed after that time are processed the following day.


2) Orders from abroad

For shipments in EC territory, transport costs are calculated at a later time and communicated based on the volume of goods in the cart. Orders must be paid for in advance. We do not accept payment on delivery for such orders. Upon delivery to countries that are not part of the European Union, there may be expenses (e.g. customs fees) that are borne by the customer. Currently the information regarding our online store is available in Italian. We disclaim any responsibility for any misunderstandings due to poor language skills. The customer is required to check in addition to the state of the packaging at the time of receipt, also the goods contained as well as the operation of the same. The delivery times in non-EC territory vary from 4 to 10 days.


3) Delay in delivery and unavailability of the goods

The online shop is directly connected to our logistics software. Thanks to this link it is possible to show our customers the current availability of individual items. In exceptional cases, there may be a delay in delivery, i.e. the desired goods are no longer available. In these cases the customer will be contacted immediately. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries in the event that e.g. one of the ordered items is not available. In this case, the available items will be delivered to the customer solo . Of course, the customer will only pay for the items received, or if he has already paid everything, the unavailable product will be refunded.

4) Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days simply informing us of the revocation of the contract by email or registered letter with return receipt. However, a motivation on the part of the customer would help us to evaluate our performance and optimize our offer. From the day of delivery of the goods, the deadline for the termination of the contract begins. It is important to send a written communication in time by post or e-mail (info@americanwheels.it). For the return authorization it is necessary to contact the call center to know the correct procedure to follow. The return of the goods must be borne by the customer. all the internal there must be the returned form completed with the RMA authorization number previously provided by the Call Center. Write down se and which items you want as an alternative. After sending the termination of the contract, the customer undertakes to return the goods to the American Wheels.

With reference to the returned goods, after verification of conformity, a voucher of the same amount will be issued, (15% deductible for re-stocking on bulky goods) it is not possible to refund money.


It is not possible to return or exchange the goods se:


- is on sale, discounted or end of series,
- it has been made to measure or clearly personalized (e.g. goods sold in meters or painted etc etc.),
- has been opened by the consumer (e.g. audiovisual products or sealed software),
- these are products of the CLOTHING section
- se its condition or quality has been influenced by the consumer (e.g. dirty or damaged items, etc.).
- the packaging MUST be intact as it is part of the product itself.

We kindly ask customers not to remove the labels from the items (manufacturer's label) until they have definitively decided to purchase the item. In case of termination of the contract we can only accept items that are in their original state

There won't accept refund of products in offers, or at the end of the series, or purchased with a discount coupon.


5) Damage on delivery

se at the time of delivery of the package known tampering with the seals or in any case the package is obviously damaged, we invite the customer to collect it by placing "control reserve". After receiving the package you will have to proceed to the control of the goods contained. se should be damaged, we must be notified all the email address info@americanwheels.it. Photographs to be attached to the practice of damage are welcome.

Any damage and related refunds must be requested directly from the courier who made the delivery, indicating all the necessary details, including the shipping number.

 

6) Approved parts

The parts on the site are not approved for road use,
despite the fact that they bear the approved wording require approval
of the Civil Motorization, therefore se does not recommend its use.
American Wheels having provided this information
will not be responsible in case of non-compliance with what is specified.
Acceptance of the conditions of sale indemnifies the American Wheels of Tognoli Dario

from any liability that may arise from the use.
