German connectors 'DT Series' Designed specifically for the transport industry for use in cable-to-cable connections for motors and transmission instruments. Subject to high ambient temperatures and resistant to contaminants. Environmentally sealed to keep out moisture and other contaminants. Locks to ensure the location and maintenance of contacts. Silicone gaskets that withstand wide temperature variations. Range from -131 degrees F to +257 degrees F. It accepts cable from 16 to 18 AWG and has contacts from 13 amps. Contacts that can be inserted/removable by hand, without the need for any tools. the plug is sold complete but without the contacts, for this plug order the contacts 670073.
